DUBAI LAND
Dubailand is a mega-residential development and hotspot by Dubai Properties. It offers an excellent combination of world-class entertainment, sports, and leisure attractions. It is a family-friendly residential neighborhood with all the needed facilities.
At first, It was proposed as a 2 billion sq. ft. plan containing all residential, commercial, and entertainment parts. Today, Dubailand plays a pivotal role in making Dubai one of the best tourist destinations. Yet, its masterfully planned residential communities and innovation offer the perfect lifestyle.
Currently, Dubailand sprawls across 3 million sq. ft., divided into several communities, including Dubailand Oasis, Al Habtoor Polo Resort & Club, Layan, FalconCity of Wonders, Majan, Living Legends, Villanova, Rukan, Tiger Woods, and Al Waha. The neighborhood has a lot to offer as development is in process for many other multi-billion dirham projects like DAMAC Hills. However, it won’t be incorrect to say that Dubailand is a city within Dubai, home to a polo club, dubailand theme park, hotels, and a wide range of housing plans. Tatweer launched the Dubailand project in October 2003. The plan was supposed to feature six themed residential communities and attractions.
However, Dubai Properties Group took over the project and has since been divided into individual projects. As a result, some are not considered part of Dubailand and are more known on their own. Some of these projects, which were supposed to be part of the initial plan, contain Dubai Sports City, Mudon, Dubai Motor City, and Arabian Ranches. There are several off-plan and ready residential projects within Dubailand spanning from luxurious to affordable options. Each project offers a perfect lifestyle with an array of amenities, including medical clinics, shopping centers, schools, and nurseries.
There are 500 independent villas and 2,200 apartments spanning over 12 apartment blocks. The residents have a range to choose from studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. FACILITIES AND AMENITIES IN DUBAILAND Dubailand includes many facilities, from theme parks, shopping malls, and eco-tourism projects to residential communities. However, you can head to the nearby Arabian Ranches community if you’re looking for green spaces because it has many public parks, walking trails, and playgrounds. Wellness-wise, Dubailand has many beneficial amenities to deliver. Close to Dubailand, there is the Dubai Cycling Track in Al Qudra. Al Qudra Cycle Course extends into the desert. It grants riders access to a dedicated 85 km circle with views of quiet mornings and nightfalls. Riders will also see wilderness and animal species, such as camels and oryxes, often walking past the cycle path. Many mini-marts and shops are close to Skycourts Towers.
