Binghatti partner with Jacob & Co to develop ultra-luxury dubai skyscraper
Iconic jewellery company Jacob &Co is in collaboration with power developer Binghatti to create an ultra-luxury Dubai skyscraper called Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences in the Business Bay area. The project Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences, aspires to achieve the record for the world’s tallest residential structure.
Besides being engaged in the design process of the skyscraper, Jacob & Co will also offer skillfully crafted jewellery and watches, most of which are unique or limited edition pieces, which prospective clients and buyers can acquire along with their deluxe homes.

Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences explores the combined ingenious design languages of Binghatti and Jacob & Co. Speaking with one voice, they unfold distinct exterior silhouettes that speak to the design ethos of both internationally recognized brands. “We took inspiration from the complex horological movements that beat in Jacob & Co timepieces and we integrated them into the key elements of the tower. The diamond-shaped spires sitting at the peak of the tower are reminiscent of an actual crown, an ornament of unique finesse inspired by the design of Jacob & Co’s finely cut gems. This is the apex of the luxury narrative in this evocative construction, a signature feature that add further grandeur to the city’s skyline.” adds Muhammad Binghatti.
Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences will offer a range of 2-bedroom apartments in The Sapphire Suite Collection and 3-bedroom apartments in The Emerald Suite Collection. In addition, there will be 5 limited edition high-spec penthouses, which will come in 3 types – Fleurs De Jardin, Astronomia and Billionaire. The Billionaire penthouse is set to become one of the emirate’s most exclusive properties.
Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences will feature numerous levels dedicated to unrivaled amenities, from a vast lounge and a private event area to an infinity pool overlooking the Dubai skyline, as well as a luxury spa and a gym.
